Bex did a great job in working alongside our in-house team of experts to provide us with fresh insights leveraging her diverse experience to help us shape our future flexible working policy and also help us create a vision of the space we want to occupy in a post covid world. Her input ranged from contributing to the research design process and facilitating focus groups which again provided us with a different and independent lens. Bex showed a willingness to challenge and probe participants views in order to extract the most valuable insight. What I most valued was Bex not being afraid to challenge assumptions and viewpoints held by senior leaders. All of this was underpinned by a very collaborative, friendly and professional approach at all times.
Bex has used her insights and experience to reassure and educate us at every step, working tirelessly to listen to colleagues concerns, following up on questions and queries and providing solutions and reassurance. Her positivity and enthusiasm has been infectious, she stays patient, positive and again and again wins round colleagues. I have learnt a lot from her!
It was a pleasure to have Bex at the C&IT Corporate Forum. We are always looking for ways to engage our audience with something relevant to them, and this was the perfect fit. Bex worked with us on a personal level before the event to really understand the audience and their needs, and this really showed during the workshop. The audience found Bex personable, approachable, and relevant, and loved the takeaways that the session provided.
Becky spoke about wellbeing at one of our staff events. She was on-point with the challenges of everyday work-life balance and the tips and solutions she recommended were practical. Becky’s presentation was very relatable and tailored to our team and we thoroughly enjoyed the session!
We were thrilled to have Bex facilitate a Wellbeing Workshop for Retail Athletes during our EKIN x Holistic Fitness Summit in the Nike London Offices. As a team, it was incredibly important for us to create a safe space for 50 retail associates (the majority who had never even met each other before) to discuss the importance of mental health and wellbeing within their roles, and Bex’s openness, incredible personality and her ability to connect emotionally with the audience had an immediate effect on the attendees. Bex not only went above and beyond in terms of preperation, execution and follow up, but actually made sure to empower the attendees to hold themsleves and their peers accountable. The feedback was overwhemingly positive, and Bex ended up being the highlight of the entire event for the majority of the attendees.
